(Annapolis Class)

HMCS Annapolis (II)
Commissioned as a helicopter-carrying Destroyer Escort (DDH) on 19 December 1964, as the lead ship of the class. Later underwent a DEstroyer Life EXtension (DELEX) refit completed by 15 September 1986. She wore pennant 265 until finally paid off on 15 November 1996.



HMCS Nipigon (II)
Commissioned as a helicopter-carrying Destroyer Escort (DDH) on 30 May 1964. Later underwent a DEstroyer Life EXtension (DELEX) refit completed by 22 August 1984. She had remained in the fleet as a trials ship for the ETASS Mod 5 gear. ETASS is a continuing project to improve the towed array sonar gear used by the Canadian Navy. She wore pennant 266 until finally paid off on 3 July 1998.
